December 13, 2025 Deorganization Meeting Warrant

The Highland Plantation Board of Assessors petitioned the Maine Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC) to reestablish jurisdiction for land use planning and zoning. The LUPC has jurisdiction over Highland's land use and zoning effective September 2, 2025. Visit the Land Use and Planning page for details and updates.
